1. Seller

2. Products
The product sold on this website is a no-rinse paw cleaning foam for dogs, 100 ml, with a built-in silicone brush. Main ingredients as listed by the manufacturer: coconut oil, gentian root extract, glycerin. Photos are for illustration: small differences in colour or appearance may exist depending on your screen.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Delivery to Ireland is free. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when your payment is accepted. You then receive a confirmation e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a payment problem, an incomplete delivery address or if the product is unavailable. You are then refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made online on Shopify's secure checkout page, using the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not have access to your bank details.
6. Delivery
We deliver to Ireland. Delivery is free. Your order is shipped from a partner supplier located outside the European Union. Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 working days after payment. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 days after dispatch, so about 7 to 16 days in total. These times are estimates and may vary depending on the period and the carrier. A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail when available. Any applicable duties and taxes are included in the price: no extra fee is asked on delivery.
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the order, contact us. You can ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If the order is still not delivered, you can cancel the contract and be refunded. See our shipping policy.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. To do so, e-mail us at stan.depeaux@gmail.com with your order number. We will then give you the return address. Return costs are paid by you. Because this is a hygiene product, please return it unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Once the product is received, you are refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method. More details are in our refund policy.
8. Faulty or non-conforming products
You have the legal rights that protect consumers in the European Union and Ireland: the product must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for its purpose. If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, e-mail us at stan.depeaux@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund. In this case, we pay the return costs, if a return is needed.
9. Use and safety
This product is for dogs only. It is not intended for cats. For external use only. Use as directed: pump the foam onto the brush, brush the paw gently, then wipe with a towel. Avoid contact with the eyes. If your dog has sensitive skin or allergies, or is very young, check the ingredients and ask your vet before use. Stop using the product if your dog shows any reaction. This product is not a medicine. Keep out of reach of children.

12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
