14-day returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason.

How to return

E-mail us at stan.depeaux@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Condition of the product

Because this is a hygiene product for pets, it must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we refund you within 14 days, using the payment method you used for your order.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, e-mail us at stan.depeaux@gmail.com within a reasonable time with your order number and photos. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return costs if a return is needed.
